Creating a solid business plan is very important for new and established businesses. When you start a business, you need a business plan to the amazing financing you need for lenders. On the other hand, if you are the owner of an established company, you need to update your plan regularly as your guide when making important decisions for your growing business.

What is the content of a business plan and how long should it be? The length of your plan depends on the nature of your business. A classic pattern is five to ten pages, including the following: summary, description of the company, product or service description, market analysis, strategy and implementation, financial management and planning.

Financial analysis. Your financial analysis should include reports from your previous accounts, financial projections, your plans, how to manage your cash flow and how to use the loan, if you for an application.
